If all is well, we'll then clean the knives before beginning the grinding process. We take extra care to minimize the amount of knife material that's removed, and we bring back a keen, sharp edge to the blade.

Once your knives are all sharpened, we'll coat them with a cushioning solution, and then ship them off to you in environmentally responsible, reusable packaging. You'll get your knives back in no time at all. In fact, we have a guaranteed turnaround time of two to five days.
